- 2 large chicken breasts
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese in the microwave until very soft.
- Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown (165F). Transfer to a plate.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions until softened, add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Stir in chicken broth, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet; warm through and adjust sauce consistency with additional broth if needed.
