- 4 croissants (sliced in half)
- 6 eggs (scrambled)
- 20 slices honey chicken
- 4 slices American cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Scramble the eggs and set aside.
- Slice each croissant in half.
- In a bowl, melt butter with brown sugar and stir in mustard.
- Brush croissant halves with the butter mixture. Layer honey chicken, American cheese, and scrambled eggs on the bottom half.
- Place the other half on top, wrap in foil, and bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
