- 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and honey in warm water; let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil; stir until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes until doubled.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease muffin tin with olive oil.
- Spoon dough into muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
- Drizzle tops with olive oil; sprinkle with rosemary, garlic, and flaky salt.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown; cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
