Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and honey in warm water; let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil; stir until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes until doubled.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Spoon dough into muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
  5. Drizzle tops with olive oil; sprinkle with rosemary, garlic, and flaky salt.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown; cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
