Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook gnocchi in boiling salted water until they float, then drain.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine marinara sauce, garlic, onion, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix cooked gnocchi with the sauce mixture and optional protein/vegetables.
