Instructions
- Heat ghee or sunflower oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Add chicken pieces; cook for another 5 minutes until lightly golden.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, and spices; cook for 2 minutes.
- Add yogurt, coconut cream, ground almonds, and sugar; bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for 6–8 minutes until chicken is tender.
- Finish by stirring in double cream; serve over rice or with flatbread garnished with fresh coriander.
