Ingredients
- 400g powdered sugar, sifted, plus extra for sprinkling
- 1 tablespoon condensed milk
- 1–2 teaspoons peppermint extract, to taste
- 100g dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sifted powdered sugar and condensed milk.
- Add 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract; stir well and adjust flavor as desired.
- Shape the mixture into balls or discs and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to firm up.
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each peppermint cream into the melted chocolate, then return to the tray.
- Refrigerate again for about 10 minutes until set.
