Ingredients
- 10 oz vegan marshmallows
- 6 cups rice cereal
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 pack banana cream pudding mix
- 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/4 cup white chocolate melting wafers
Instructions
- Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish and set aside.
- Melt unsalted butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Stir in vegan marshmallows and banana pudding mix until fully combined.
- Add rice cereal and crushed wafers; mix until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased dish and press down evenly.
- Melt white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every thirty seconds until smooth.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the treats and garnish with additional wafers.
- Allow to set for 30 to 45 minutes before cutting into squares.
