Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened and divided)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (divided)
- 3.5 ounces vegan marshmallow crème (about half a standard-sized tub)
- 1 cup mini vegan marshmallows (divided) (optional)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (very cold)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Graham crackers for dipping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend 4 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and vegan marshmallow crème until smooth. If using mini marshmallows, gently fold in 3/4 cup after blending.
- In another bowl, whip together 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream, remaining powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix the remaining cream cheese with cocoa powder until smooth. Then fold in the whipped cream until combined.
- Alternate layers of the marshmallow mixture and chocolate mixture in a serving bowl, swirling gently to create a marbled effect. Top with remaining mini marshmallows if desired.
- Serve immediately with graham crackers or other dippers.
