  • 1 cup powdered sugar (divided)
  • 3.5 ounces vegan marshmallow crème (about half a standard-sized tub)
  • 1 cup mini vegan marshmallows (divided) (optional)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (very cold)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Graham crackers for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend 4 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and vegan marshmallow crème until smooth. If using mini marshmallows, gently fold in 3/4 cup after blending.
  2. In another bowl, whip together 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream, remaining powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining cream cheese with cocoa powder until smooth. Then fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  4. Alternate layers of the marshmallow mixture and chocolate mixture in a serving bowl, swirling gently to create a marbled effect. Top with remaining mini marshmallows if desired.
  5. Serve immediately with graham crackers or other dippers.
