Ingredients
For the Berries
1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
6 ounces fresh blackberries
6 ounces fresh blueberries
6 ounces fresh raspberries
For the Dressing
2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Wash all the berries gently under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Hull and quarter the strawberries, then place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the chopped mint, honey (or agave), lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the dressing over the berries.
- Gently toss everything together until the berries are evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled as a refreshing snack, side dish, or healthy dessert.
