- 8 oz shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- ¼ cup diced pickled jalapeños
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced turkey bacon until almost crisp, then add chicken sausage, breaking it apart until crispy.
- Blend pinto beans with chipotle chiles until smooth. Pour into the skillet and mix well with sausage.
- Stir in shredded cheese and diced jalapeños, then simmer on low for five minutes.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips or as a side dish.
