Ingredients
- 8 oz strawberries
- 2 kiwis
- 1/2 mango
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 6 flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 pineapple
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheets.
- Wash and cut strawberries, kiwis, mango, and pineapple into uniform cubes.
- In a medium bowl, combine all fruits with lemon juice and sugar; mix gently.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Cut tortillas into triangles; toss them in melted butter.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over tortilla triangles and toss to coat evenly.
- Bake for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve fruit salsa chilled alongside warm cinnamon chips.
