- 2 lbs skirt steak
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 tsp minced garlic
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the skirt steak to fit your skillet and pat dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add the steak and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until desired doneness is reached. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In another skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and stir until it begins to brown; then remove from heat.
- Slice the rested steak against the grain into thin strips, pour the garlic butter over the slices, and garnish with parsley before serving.
