- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne pasta until al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning and mix well.
- Pour in heavy cream, reduce heat to medium-low, and add Velveeta cheese until melted into a smooth sauce.
- Incorporate shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until fully melted.
- Toss cooked penne into the skillet, mixing well to coat the pasta with sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving hot.
