- 12 oz penne pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain excess fat.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the beef and stir well.
- Pour in heavy cream, reduce heat, and add Velveeta cheese. Stir until melted.
- Mix in mozzarella cheese until everything is combined and creamy.
- Toss cooked penne into the skillet until fully coated with the sauce.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed before serving.
