Ingredients
- 1 large artisan loaf
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the artisan loaf into squares without cutting all the way through.
- Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.
- Drizzle garlic butter into each cut section of the loaf and stuff generously with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
