  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 56 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until golden brown and fork-tender (about 15 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  2. Season the cubed steak with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear the steak cubes in batches for about 2–3 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. Lower the heat to medium-low; add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Return the potatoes to the pan and toss everything together for another minute to heat through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
