- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 10 oz mini vegan marshmallows
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan lightly.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in vegan marshmallows, molasses, and spices until smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture into a large bowl and fold in the Rice Krispies until coated.
- Transfer to the prepared pan and press evenly. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
