- 8 ounces goat cheese (softened)
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup fig jam
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts, almonds, or pistachios)
- 2 tablespoons chopped thyme and rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Spread into an oven-safe baking dish.
- Layer fig jam over the cheese mixture, then drizzle balsamic vinegar on top.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbling.
- Toast chopped pecans in a dry pan until aromatic.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh herbs and toasted nuts before serving warm.
