  • 6 toasted brioche buns

  2. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced mushrooms until browned.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, beef broth, and seasonings; stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce into the pan with vegetables and simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened. Add the browned beef back in and mix well.
  5. Stir in chopped provolone cheese until melted.
