  • ½ cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • ¼ cup honey (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. In another bowl, mix canned pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed.
  5. Prepare the streusel topping by combining brown sugar, melted butter, flour, and cinnamon in a separate bowl until crumbly.
