Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- In another bowl, mix canned pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed.
- Prepare the streusel topping by combining brown sugar, melted butter, flour, and cinnamon in a separate bowl until crumbly.
- Pour half the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle half the streusel on top, add the remaining batter, then finish with the rest of the streusel.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Optional: Create a glaze by whisking powdered sugar and honey together; drizzle over warm bread before serving.
