Instructions

- Form the mixture into 4 large patties.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- Serve with your choice of toppings like tzatziki sauce and fresh vegetables.
