  3. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1.5 to 2 hours until doubled.
  4. Shape the dough into a circle, crumbling feta on top before encasing it within the dough.
  5. Let it rise again for about 30 minutes before baking at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden.
