Instructions
- Prep by chopping onion and mincing garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onion in olive oil for about 5 minutes until translucent.
- Add ground beef; season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned (6-8 minutes).
- Stir in garlic and tomatoes; simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Incorporate orzo and broth; bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer for 10-12 minutes until orzo is tender.
- Mix in spinach and Italian seasoning until spinach wilts (about 1 minute).
