Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Add halloumi slices and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and place on a serving plate.
- Drizzle honey generously over each piece of fried halloumi.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the top and serve immediately.
