- 1 sheet of puff pastry

- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 3 chicken breasts
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup celery (diced finely)
- 1/2 cup red grapes (cut into quarters)
- 1 tablespoon onion (finely minced)
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon creole seasoning mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares or circles.
- Cook the chicken by boiling or grilling until fully cooked; let cool before shredding.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced celery, quartered grapes, minced onion, mayonnaise, salt, and creole seasoning.
- Place a spoonful of filling onto each pastry piece, fold over or cover with another piece of pastry, and seal edges with a fork.
- Arrange on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
