  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, beat softened butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add peanut butter and mix well before incorporating the egg and vanilla.
  3. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients until combined.
  4. Roll tablespoon-sized balls of dough in sugar and place on baking sheets; gently flatten each ball.
