  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches with granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Stir well and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, remaining granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  4. Pour melted butter into a prepared baking dish and add vanilla extract and milk to the flour mix. Stir until smooth.
  5. Pour batter over melted butter without stirring. Spoon peach mixture evenly over the batter.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown on top and bubbling at the edges.
  7. Allow cobbler to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
