Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: red pepper flakes and fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes until slightly crispy.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink; remove from heat.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes. Stir in honey and soy sauce; simmer until thickened.
- Return shrimp and roasted broccoli to the skillet; toss everything together until well-coated in sauce.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles, or enjoy it straight from the skillet.
