Ingredients
- 4 slices sourdough or multigrain bread
- 1 ripe peach, thinly sliced
- 4 slices white cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- Butter for grilling
- Cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread generously.
- On the unbuttered side, layer two slices of white cheddar cheese, sliced peaches, honey, and cracked black pepper.
- Top with another slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and melty inside.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
