Ingredients

  • 5 organic green tea bags

  • 34 tablespoons honey (to taste)
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat water in a large saucepan until simmering. Remove from heat and steep green tea bags.
  2. Stir in grated ginger and steep for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea into a pitcher to remove ginger bits and tea bags.
  4. While warm, stir in honey until dissolved.
  5. Add orange juice and lemon juice; mix well.
  6. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator before serving over ice.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
