  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz, instant)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the pre-made croissant dough and cut it into triangles.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and whole milk until thickened; fold in powdered sugar.
  4. Place a tablespoon of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll tightly from base to tip.
  5. Arrange rolled croissants seam-side down on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. For the ganache, heat heavy cream in a saucepan until boiling; remove from heat and whisk in cocoa powder until smooth.
