Ingredients
- 1 package pre-made croissant dough (8 croissants)
- 1 box vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz, instant)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the pre-made croissant dough and cut it into triangles.
- In a bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and whole milk until thickened; fold in powdered sugar.
- Place a tablespoon of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll tightly from base to tip.
- Arrange rolled croissants seam-side down on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- For the ganache, heat heavy cream in a saucepan until boiling; remove from heat and whisk in cocoa powder until smooth.
- Coat the tops of cooled croissants with ganache and allow to set.
