  • 4 strips thick-cut turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Smoked paprika (for garnish)
  • Fresh chives (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan with cold water covering them by an inch. Boil over high heat, then cover and remove from heat for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Cool and Peel: Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes before peeling and slicing each in half lengthwise.
  3. Prepare Filling: Scoop yolks into a bowl, mash until smooth, and mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and most of the crumbled turkey bacon.
  4. Assemble: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into each egg white half.
  5. Garnish and Chill: Top with reserved turkey bacon, sprinkle with smoked paprika and chopped chives if desired. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
