Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter and confectioners' sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract, mixing until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well blended.
- Form the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until firm to the touch.
- Allow cooling on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Roll each cooled cookie in confectioners' sugar for extra sweetness.
