- 6 English muffins, split and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 12 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese (optional)
- 1 packet hollandaise sauce mix
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped turkey bacon with English muffin pieces; mix gently.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and onion powder until blended. Pour over the muffin mixture in a baking dish.
- If desired, sprinkle cheese on top.
- Prepare hollandaise sauce according to package instructions by melting butter and stirring in milk and sauce mix.
- Pour hollandaise sauce over the casserole.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
