  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk (or plant milk)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Additional Parmesan (for sprinkling)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix until just combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape evenly.
  4. Melt unsalted butter and brush over the top; sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
