Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your air fryer.
- Pat the potatoes dry to ensure crispiness.
- In a mixing bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and olive oil to create a paste.
- Toss the dried potatoes in the spice mix until evenly coated.
- Spread the coated potatoes on a baking sheet or in an air fryer basket. Bake or air fry until golden brown and crispy.
