Ingredients
- 1 lb jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- ½ cup dry white apple vinegar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted, divided)
- Juice from one lemon
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
- Fresh parsley (finely chopped for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, apple vinegar, 2 tablespoons melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
- In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with remaining melted butter and Parmesan cheese until evenly coated.
- Spread the shrimp mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle the breadcrumb topping generously over it.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
