- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, shredded cabbage, grated carrot, sliced red bell pepper, sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro. Toss well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey (or maple syrup), sesame oil, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Pour the dressing over the mango mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Let the slaw rest for about 5-10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
