Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together spinach, feta, parmesan, mozzarella, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Scoop small spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten each mound into thin circles.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
