- 150 grams all-purpose flour

- 180 grams butter (for filling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease your baking pan.
- In one bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, water, milk, and melted butter.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For the filling, heat milk and sugar in a saucepan until dissolved. In another bowl, whisk flour and eggs until smooth.
- Temper the eggs with some hot milk before combining everything in the saucepan. Cook until thickened.
- Once cooled, layer the creamy filling between slices of cake or spread on top as desired.
