Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Place cabbage wedges on the baking sheet with flat sides down and brush each wedge generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and tender.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan over hot cabbage wedges and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
