  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)
  • 12 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a 9 by 5-inch loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, egg, granulated sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Gradually add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the wet mixture; stir gently until just combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped strawberries until evenly distributed.
