Ingredients
- 9 cups Rice or Corn Chex cereal
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup Valentine’s M&Ms
- 2 tbsp heart-shaped sprinkles
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the Rice or Corn Chex cereal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and gently fold until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a large zip-top bag, add powdered sugar, seal tightly, and shake until coated.
- Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and immediately add M&Ms and sprinkles. Allow to set for 20 minutes before breaking apart.
