Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.
- Tear off four sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil (12 inches each) and lightly coat the center with olive oil.
- Place one burger patty on each sheet of foil, top with sliced mushrooms, and a slice of Swiss cheese.
- Seal the packets tightly by folding the sides over and rolling up the edges.
- Grill over medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
- Check doneness; if necessary, cook longer until fully cooked.
- Carefully unwrap and serve immediately.
