- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 ½ cups finely chopped pecans
Instructions
- Crush the vanilla wafers into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and rolling with a pin.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed wafers, sweetened condensed milk, and chopped pecans. Mix until thick and sticky.
- Divide the mixture in half and shape each portion into a log about 2 inches in diameter using wax paper or parchment paper.
- Wrap tightly in wax paper and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Once chilled, unwrap the logs and slice into ¼-inch rounds.
