Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing and lining with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs gradually, mixing until smooth after each addition.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture while alternating with orange juice.
- Fold in the chopped dried fruits and nuts until well distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
