Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
- 24 ounces cream cheese
- 3.4 ounces instant pistachio pudding mix
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Firmly pack this mixture into the bottom of an 8" or 9" springform pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, pistachio pudding mix, powdered sugar, and almond extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Spread the filling over the chilled crust and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
