- Frozen Dumplings (14-20)
- Coconut Milk (1 can, 14 ounces)
- Red Curry Paste (3 tablespoons)
- Soy Sauce (3 tablespoons)
- Fresh Ginger (2 teaspoons, minced)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Rice Vinegar (1 tablespoon)
- Honey or Maple Syrup (2 tablespoons)
- Sesame Oil (2 tablespoons)
- Cilantro
- Green Onions (2, sliced)
- Chili Crunch (1-2 tablespoons)
- Sesame Seeds
- Baby Spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a medium baking dish or ovenproof skillet.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, red curry paste, honey or maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic until combined.
- Place the frozen dumplings evenly in the greased baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and dumplings are tender.
- If using baby spinach, add it on top right before serving for added nutrition.
