Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic, and parsley until well blended.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Lay out tortillas on a flat surface and evenly distribute the chicken filling onto each one.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to enclose the filling securely.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
