Ingredients
- 10–12 chicken legs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Zest of 1 orange and juice of 2 oranges
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a mixing bowl, toss chicken legs with vegetable oil, garlic, garlic salt, paprika, onion powder, and pepper until well coated.
- In another bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, orange zest, and juice. Brush generously over the chicken legs.
- Arrange the chicken on the baking sheet and roast for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
- Simmer any leftover glaze in a saucepan until thickened and brush over the cooked chicken before serving.
